General Policies - Sublime Comporta

Prices include breakfast buffet, served in the restaurant, from 8 AM until 11 AM.

Check-in from 3:00 PM; Check-out until 12:00 PM.

Check-in from 4:00 PM in villas 2, 3, 4, 5 bedrooms.

Credit Card Policy

We require your credit card details in order to guarantee the reservation (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). A deposit will be charged according to the season for which the reservation is made. No-show or early departure implies a full penalty. Please note that the credit card used to pay or guarantee the booking must be personal to the guest staying at the hotel. The credit card used to pay or guarantee the reservation must be presented at check-in, as well as an official identification document. If you are not the owner or intend to pay at the hotel with a credit card different from the one used to guarantee the reservation, the hotel will refund any amount already charged on the card used for the guarantee and full payment of the reservation will be made in person using the new credit card provided.

Pets

We accept pets according to the following requirements:

  • Sublime Comporta Country Retreat accepts pets without weight limitation;
  • Only applicable if the guest books one of the following types: Cabana Room, Cabana Suite or a complete Villa of 2 to 5 bedrooms;
  • A guarantee of €150 is requested for possible damages. The amount will remain on the guest's account until the room is checked after check-out;
  • There is also a fixed charge of €50.00 per pet for extra cleaning fees;
  • This service includes stainless steel feeders and drinkers and a pet bed;
  • Pets must be on a leash at all times in the hotel's public areas (indoors and outdoors);

General Policies - Sublime Lisboa

Check-in Time: Check-in is at 3PM. Your reservation includes accommodation, and a Continental breakfast in our Davvero Restaurant. If you wish, the same can be delivered to your room at no additional cost.

Check-out Time: Rooms must be vacated by noon on the day of departure. In case of early departure, Sublime Lisboa has the right to charge the entire stay according to the Hotel's Cancellation Policy. For check outs after 12AM, please confirm with our front desk. Extra charges may apply for this service.

Credit Card Policy

A credit card as guarantee (Visa,Mastercard or American Express) is required to confirm any reservation. In case of no-show or early check-out, the penalty is 100%.Please note that the credit card used to guarantee or pay for the reservation must belong to the guest staying at the hotel. The credit card used to guarantee or pay for the reservation must be presented upon check-in, as well as personal identification (citizen card or passport). If you are not the cardholder or wish to pay at the hotel with a different credit card than the one used to guarantee the reservation, the hotel will refund any amount already charged to the card used for guarantee. Full payment for the reservation will be made in person using the new credit card provided.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation or modification made up to 48h before the date of arrival, no cancellation penalties will be charged. In the event of a no-show, modification or cancellation made less than 48h before arrival, an amount corresponding to 100% of the stay will be charged.

Security

All rooms are equipped with a safe, and if necessary the hotel provides an alternative safe at the reception. The Hotel is not responsible for objects or valuables left out of the safes. - In case of fire, the fire alarm will sound continuously. Please leave the building immediately by the nearest emergency exit and follow the emergency signs posted in your room/accommodation - Sublime Lisboa is not responsible for theft or damage to your vehicle, when parked in the parking spaces outside the hotel. Please check that all objects inside the vehicle are stored and out of sight of anyone passing by. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, particularly inside the accommodation units and spaces for public use (under the terms of Law 37/2007 of 14 August, as amended), except in places expressly marked as suitable for this purpose. There are ashtrays in the public outdoor spaces which should be used to put out cigarette butts.

Property and Damages

All items in your room are property of Sublime Lisboa. In case of damage or loss, the Management reserves the right to charge the value of these items. I, the undersigned, take responsibility for the expenses generated by my lodging and other extras, thus allowing the request for credit to pay for the expenses inherent to my stay or other expenses not included at the time of check out, the credit card data being kept for a maximum period of 72 hours. By signing this document, I authorize the final invoice to be charged to my credit/debit card provided, without the need for a subsequent signature on the issued invoice.

Pets

Small pets are accepted upon room reservation. A security deposit of €150.00 and a cleaning fee of €50.00 is required.
