Sublime’s rooms are scattered among the trees in cabin-style buildings. It’s like glamping for grown-ups, but with a supersize gym, phenomenal spa (a friend who stayed here cried tears of joy during her treatment) and a dramatic vaulted library-cum-bar. It’s set the standard for hotels in the area which are opening at lightning speed.
